Payment:

• PayPal is BSJ’s  preferred method. PayPal accepts most major credit cards.  Items will only be shipped upon confirmation of payment.

• All orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx. Please note or contact us with any special instructions.  Ready to ship in 2-5 business days upon receipt of payment

Patterns and Dolli-Making Kits

  All Digital Orders 

• PDF patterns (and e-books) are non-refundable. 

   Shipped Orders

• There are no refunds or returns for open Dolli-Making Kits

• Unopened Dolli-making Kits may be returned within and not after 7 days from the date of delivery.  

• There are no refunds for items on sale

• Shipping cost are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost

• Please contact Brown Shugah Junction™ immediately regarding missing or damages parts

Hand Crafted BSJ Dolls (limited supply available) 

• All dolls (and clothing) are handcrafted with care and love  from  high quality materials. Pictures are taken in natural light so that you can hopefully have a clear idea of what you will receive. 

• BSJ wants you to be happy with your doll and her clothing. If there are any problems with the doll upon receipt please contact us ASAP and within 7  days so that we can fix or replace her.

• All non-custom dolls are eligible for a full refund within 7  calendar days of the delivery date and after receiving the item back in its original condition.

• Custom dolls that can be resold may also receive a refund within the 7 calendar days of the delivery date and  received back in its original condition. However, buyer pays a 20% restocking fee

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  PayPal or any other transaction fees are not refundable.

• BSJ will process the refund once the item has arrived back to BSJ in its original condition.  Shipping fees are not refundable
