General Description:


All Brown Shugah Junction™ (BSJ)  dolls  are handcrafted to heirloom quality and made to be loved and cherished for generations.  They have been designed and created with lots of love, care and joy!    BSJ  Dolls are  constructed using only high quality fabrics and non toxic materials. Unless otherwise mentioned, BSJ  dolls are generally not appropriate for children under the age of three years; but are appropriate for all ages 3 to 103!

                    

                  BSJ Dolls are simple  rag dolls made to ignite  extraordinary  creative play !


General Details:

  • Body –  100% premium cotton bodies lined with 100% cotton muslin for added strength and durability

  • Filler - premium, non-allergenic, polyester fiberfill

  • Clothes – 100% premium cotton , nylon tulle, cotton lace

  • Hair – acrylic yarn or synthetic nylon 

  • Height – 10 to 18 inches  (refer to individual rag doll descriptions for height information)

  • Age Appropriateness:  Because some BSJ rag dolls have added embellishments ( although secured) and removable accessories they are not recommended for children under 3 years old

  • Cleaning - Spot cleaned is highly recommended  but if  it  becomes necessary,  dolls generally  can be gently hand washed with cold water and a mild detergent or white vinegar. Air dry only.  Please note ; although heat set, water  will most  likely straighten and possibly tangle curly yarn hair styles

  • Limited Production – BSJ doll are produced in limited quantities  per design.  New Designs are add frequently. ( Custom dolls may be available upon request, see below)   (NOTE:  DIY’ers PDF BSJ Doll and  clothing patterns will be available for purchase soon)

  • Additional Dress-up Clothing Sets are available for  BSJ PhlyGirlz dolls.  Dress-up Clothing Sets fit  all BSJ 18”  dolls and are interchangeable

BSJ Blessing Pledge  

For every 9 BSJ doll sold, one doll is given to a child, between the ages of 3 to 10,  living  in foster care or experiencing homelessness .

Payment

Payment with PayPal is BSJ’s  preferred method. PayPal accepts most major credit cards.  Items will only be shipped upon confirmation of payment. Orders can be cancelled  within 3 days from date ordered. Orders cancelled 3 days after order date will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

 

Shipping

Orders will be shipped FedEx or USPS. Please contact us with any special instructions.  Ready to ship in 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment

 

BSJ Refund and Return Policy

All dolls (and clothing) are handcrafted with care and love and from with high quality materials. Their pictures are taken as much as possible in natural light so that you can have a clear idea of what you will receive. 

BSJ wants you to be happy with your doll and her clothing. If there are any problems with the doll upon receipt please contact us ASAP and within 7 calendar days so that we can fix or replace her.

 

All non-custom dolls are eligible for a full refund within 7  calendar days of the  delivery date and  after receiving the item back in its original condition, Custom dolls that can be resold may also receive a refund within the 7 calendar days of the delivery date and  received back in its original condition. However, buyer pays a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.  PayPal or any other transaction fees are not refundable.


BSJ will process the refund once the item has arrived back to BSJ in its original condition.  Shipping fees are not refundable.
